No, you shouldn’t buy these for their Bass response, they’re 3.5 inch speakers, that size speaker doesn’t produce Bass.
However, they are extraordinarily clear in the midrange; I’m hearing lyrics on the radio that were just La-La-La mud before.
Highs are a little harsh, which I’d expect since these are very efficient speakers, and tweeters are not silk-dome.
BTW Amazon – there are *no* grills in the package. Despite that, very satisfied with this purchase.
