So far, I really like this DVD player, with one exception, the first one I received didn’t work correctly. The remote would not work (or maybe the DVD would not receive the signal) but either way, to access the required menus (as mentioned in the other reviews) you must have the remote working. While my kids enjoyed the DVD player, the play speed was accelerated and the characters sounded like they had ingested helium. So strike two in my book. Amazon was great to work with, immediately shipping me out a replacement. As soon as it arrives I will have it installed and see how it works from there. Yay for Amazon’s return policy!
