Bought this speaker to replace a 6×9 door speaker with an open voice coil in a 2001 Dodge van. Works great. No problems with installation except I had to file the opening for the speaker slightly (less than 1/16 inch in the 9″ dimension) to make it fit. Screw holes line up perfectly.
