After three years, my boys had trashed the original headphones that came with the aftermarket overhead mounted TV in our minivan. These sounded better than the old ones we had, and they were on sale for around $17. I think these headphones are an excellent deal. One minor issue was that I had to go into the menu setup of the TV in our van and change the frequency that the TV transmitts on (the old headphones were on 3. something, these are on 2. something). The menu of the TV that I have is difficult to operate- not these headphones fault. I only mention it in case the headphoes come in and don’t work right away just go in and change the menu setting on your TV.
