I went for a low budget setup. I had a family member build a mini truck box to my design. I guessed at the air space for the 8’s. The box is made out of high density fiberboard. I put an old 150 watt X 2 channel amp to them. They sound great. I’m still playing with the right adjustment for the amp, but the speakers take it well. Nice deep bass. They crap out a little when I really crank the volume, but it’s so loud in the truck that I never get to that point when I’m driving. All in all, great for the money.
