I purchased this DVD player for use in an older conversion van. It has been a great addition. The primary reason I wanted to write a review, though, was to compliment the company’s customer service. I had a question on wiring, since the older van didn’t have an exact connector for the player. They were very quick to respond and easily reconciled my questions. The issue was resolved, and it has worked perfectly ever since.
