I have had the ssl 1500 mono for about 2 months and it has went way over the expectations that I ever had for the amp. I have it hooked to a compition power acoustic and it’s rms is around 1500 to 1700watts and the amp don’t shut off and does get hot. The bass knob comes in really handy to for bass compitions. Would highly recommend this amp to anyone
