I didn’t do the installation, but the person who did did not complain about it. The radio is nice overall. My major complaint and to me, highly annoying, is adjusting the volume. When the radio is turned down low, there doesn’t seem to be a happy medium between low and medium volume. For example: I did a road trip a month ago and my passengers were sleeping. I wanted to keep it low enough so they can sleep, but high enough so I can hear. I couldn’t have the radio set to where the volume should be because it would switch from low volume to medium volume with one single turn. in other words, it was too loud for the sleeping passengers, but if i turned it down one notch, it was too low for me too hear.
Not sure if it is a slightly defective product, but it’s very annoying either way.
