These are by no means top of the line speakers, but for the money I think they are pretty good. I didn’t buy these for a car, they were mounted to a wooden box to be a home made portable stereo. I had them attached to a small amp and had them on maximum volume for about 10 hours. There was some distortion especially on heavy bass songs but that is expected as these are speakers not subs. I liked them enough that I will be buying another pair just like this and a sub from the same company to add to my stereo back pack.
