Right now the boat doesn’t have a motor or a battery, and the speakers don’t come with an A/C adapter for household plugs, so we plugged the speaker unit into the truck to test it.
I’m no sound system expert, but the speakers are very crisp and can be turned up quite loud. It was mindless to use. No buttons to push or hold — just plug it in the cigarette lighter and hit play from your phone. This is a big unit with good separation between the speakers.
This speaker set should be used a lot once the boat is back together. Let’s hope it brings some good luck to the salmon fishing season this year!
