This is the newer model of the ssl I have now but im sure its not any different in performance, long story short it a cheap stereo but defenatly does what you need it to do. Ive had lots of decks in my lifetime like sony, pioneer, and all the name brands that people go crazy for and this deck can hang with the best of them. Sound quality is good, cheap feeling buttons is probably the only negative thing I have to say about this deck. I will defenatly be buying another one of these for my other vehicle.
