I was extremely excited to get this item only to discover that the installation instructions were absolutely null and I had to have a friend who installs stereo and security systems in cars come over not to help me, but to do 100% of the work. This isn’t for someone to purchase 2 days before they head off on a family trip, this needs professional installation or you not only risk hurting yourself but damaging your battery and car computer. Nothing in the description reads that way and it should!! the main reason for the loss of stars.
