I bought this product despite the reviews and installed it myself. The touchscreen was a little difficult to get calibrated but other than that it works flawlessly from reading the other reviews I believe its people not knowing how to install a product at home. I would like a few more tweaks with the settings and functionality of scrolling through music with a large ipod or hard drive minor things like this I would like to see upgraded but for what the product says it does and can do I see nothing wrong.
