I gave this amp a good rating because of the great price. It does what I needed it to do driving the two OEM front speakers in a SeaRay 240 boat in a 6 speaker system. I invested in a high quality 4 channel amp for the four rear speakers and used this amp for the front where less volume was needed. I had to install a noise suppressor to eliminate alternator noise. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this amp to anyone on a budget that does not need very high volume with low distortion.
