I installed this with a JL W7 12 and a JBL PowerSeries 1200 watt amp. It seems to do the job well enough. I have only seen one song at this point that can tax the system enough to actually get passed the cap. Installation was easy. I charged the cap in a minute and had it hooked up 5 minutes later. They don’t say whether or not you should disconnect the power from the battery before attaching it in the instructions but if you don’t you’ll probably get a spark because the thing is grounded (per instructions). It is what I wanted and expected. Good for the price for sure!
