first off these are not competition subs if the lack of info doesnt tell you then the price should i was an installer back in the 80’s and 90’s for a large car stereo shop out west when the boom first started showin up and these are built better than most back then would i throw a thousand watts at them HELL NO unless i had 2 more to replace seriously someone said something about comps they sound good if wired right with large gauge wire for less resistance etc. i wired them to my foz amp that was running my 2 fozzy 12’s they hit nice but bottomed so watch gain levels and tune your system build a box recomended size and you can hang with guys that spent way more than you dont do a proper setup and wait for the sizzle and smoke show pretty much a common sense thing
