Works well for my kids (ages 3-7). (A little big for my 3 year old but still works.) They wear it, switch it on/off, and responsibly stow it away.
Not a heavy duty/ throw-around headphones.
Wireless headphones are infrared- meaning it works in close range and works directly in front of DVD. Not blue-tooth headphones, so syncing in involved.
