I have this sub hooked up to a SSL 1600watt amp (I can’t remember the model right now) and it slams. The output is set to about 20% on the amp, sub out on my receiver is at a 4 out of 6 and it crushes my head. I’ve fried two other subs on this amp previously. I think I bought this sub in September and it’s still holding strong. If you need a sub I recommend this one, don’t hesitate.
