It’s no where near 1500 watts. It uses one 30 amp fuse. A 1500 watt amp is going to use a 50amp fuse or two 30 amp fuses. The built in crossover using the high level input is an exercise in futility. It took me a while to get the sound just right. All said and done it’s not a terrible amp for the price.
I would say this puts out more in the range of 300 watts or so RMS.
