Installed easily with the limited (extremely limited) instructions. Seems to be working fine in my car and couldn’t beat the price. My only complaint is the cover since it leaves the wires exposed. I shutter to think the unthinkable of positive and negative were somehow in connection with each other. I purchased another capacitor around the same time with the same features but had a nice plastic cap to shield the terminals. That would be the only suggestion I have for the manufacturer and would definitely call it out to the buyer’s attention as it could be a big problem. In my case I was able to take the cover from my Rockford Fosgate capacitor that I replaced with this one and modify it to cover the terminals properly. Not doing this could fry your car battery or cause a car fire – so please keep this in mind and exercise caution with this product.
