I was skeptical at first given the size and the price point. I purchased this for a crew cab F150 and was able to install it behind the rear seats. By going this route I can have the seats folded up and actually have MORE space than I did with the stock sub and it sounds better as well. I’m still quite impressed at the sound, as others said it will begin to roll off around 40hz but given the size and installation freedom it fits my needs well for a good compromise between sound a practicality. I did not find any woofer parameters but given the tiny enclosure volume I can only assume this unit is doing a fair bit of processing to trick the mind into perceiving more than its actually doing, this is a common tactic employed by a lot of compact Bluetooth speakers as well. It works well enough for casual listening.
