I have a mixed audio setup, two hand-assembled speakers 2x45W and one 300W subwoofer. Needed a crossover with controllable low pass filter, this one does a good job plus easy volume / balance and basic equalizer. Looks very nice.
If you want to power this with a custom PSU or computer just connect GND to black (GND) and connect both VCC and CONTROL to +12V. Green illumination corresponds well to my green-blue themed liquid cooling.
EDIT:
The only bad thing was that there was no information provided how remote turn-on logic works and I spent ~15min experimenting (tried connecting to ground, using a resistor, applying +5V (MOSFET matybe?) and finally found you just connect it together with VCC.
